We ship via UPS Ground or Truck/Pallet (large or heavy
orders). Large and palletized items that
must go by truck freight will have shipping charges billed to your credit card.
You will not see these shipping charges at checkout but we will notify you of all truck charges
via email or telephone prior to billing your card and you may
cancel the order if the arrangements are not satisfactory.

Shipping
dates or in stock postings depends on the current stock status at the time of
day that the order is placed. Partial orders will be shipped, as stock is
available.
Your order will not be charged until it ships. All orders ship
regular ground service unless you request a faster delivery and you have paid
for this faster delivery. Out of stock orders will ship as soon as possible;
this may take up to 4 weeks.

order (not partial).

business hours:Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 5:00 pm and

We are happy to ship products anywhere in the world. International and Canadian
shipping fees, however, will differ from those automatically calculated online
