All returns
must have an RMA (“Return Merchandise
Authorization”) number written clearly on the
shipping label otherwise landscapelights.com will
refuse delivery.
Customers may request the landscapelights.com RMA/Return
Form in one of three ways:

Once Customer returns the landscapelights.com RMA/Returns
Form or talks to landscapelights.com customer
service, they will receive a unique RMA number and
instructions. Customer is responsible for all
shipping costs and or damages that may be incurred
in shipping the return items back to us. Insurance
is highly recommended.
Landscapelights.com
will not take back products under the following
conditions:
- 1.
Installed / Used / Modified in any way (unless defective and or under warranty
-- see below for details)
- 2.
Not in the original packaging - all paperwork, instructions must be included
and box must be in original condition.
- 3.
Orders over 60 days (unless defective and or still under warranty -- see below
for details).
- 4.
Out-of-box defective / damaged (see below for details).
Landscapelights.com does not refund any shipping
costs we may have incurred and or charged you,
whether you are exchanging or returning. Any
returned “free ship” item would have
landscapelights.com shipping costs deducted from
your refund; this also applies whether you are
exchanging or returning.
Non-Returnable Items
Bulbs and Transformers are non-returnable, because
landscapelights.com cannot determine whether or not
they have been used. This insures that ALL customers
receive new bulbs and transformers.

Missing, Damaged or Defective Items
Like all returns, defective or damaged returns (if
under warranty) must have an RMA # clearly noted on
the shipping label, otherwise we will refuse
delivery. To get an RMA #,

Please read our Warranties/Guarantees section below
for details.
Missing or damaged items must be reported to us
within 48 hours after receipt of material(s), no
exceptions.
We will file a claim with the carrier on your
behalf; we will send you out free replacements if
the carrier is responsible for the damage. We are
not responsible if you damage the items.
Damaged merchandise may have to be returned to
landscapelights.com for claims or warranty purposes.

Undelivered and Cancelled Orders
Any order not accepted, undeliverable by our carrier
or refused
after shipment
is subject to a 10% restocking fee, in addition to
shipping fees landscapelights.com has incurred and
any shipping damages should they occur. All other
terms apply.
Orders may be cancelled for up
to 24 hours after they are placed without any
restocking charge. Orders cancelled after 24 hours
that have not shipped will be charged a 10%
administration and handling fee to cover
landscapelights.com-processing costs. Cancellations
may either be emailed or phoned in. Please include
Order # and Order Name in your written and verbal
messages.

responsible for any items that may not be approved
by any local, state or national laws.

Warrantees / Guarantees
Manufacturer’s Warranty on all products applies. For
warranty information on a specific product, please
email
brian.bertsch@cooper-electric.com.
Please include product # and manufacturer in your
message.
Not responsible for maximum or "Max"
wattage posted. Hour life ratings posted on
landscapelights.com are only an AVERAGE provided by
the manufacturer. Landscapelights.com does NOT
warranty bulbs or warranty/endorse life ratings.
Defective returns (if under warranty) must have an
RMA # clearly written on the shipping label
otherwise landscapelights.com will refuse delivery.

Once received by landscapelights.com, the return
will be inspected to determine if damaged by the
customer or “out-of-box” defective. If
landscapelights.com determines that the return is
out-of-box defective, landscapelights.com will
reimburse customer their shipping expense based on
original order and landscapelights.com will replace
or repair the replacement items at our cost.

Terms and Conditions
All sales final.
No returns accepted on NON-defective items after
sixty (60) calendar days from date of purchase.
Landscapelights.com is not responsible for any labor
charges or “back charges” that may be incurred for
any reason.
